Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of the MRK CODE website, MRK Workspace, MRK Store and related services. By using them, you agree to these terms.
2. Project engagements
Custom projects are governed by a written proposal or statement of work approved by both parties. Preliminary estimates produced by the Project Builder are non-binding until confirmed by an MRK CODE administrator.
3. Payments
Invoices are payable according to the milestones defined in your proposal. Card payments are processed exclusively by approved third-party payment providers; MRK CODE does not store card details.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. MRK CODE retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how.
5. Store licences
Products purchased from MRK Store are licensed, not sold. Each licence tier defines the permitted number of servers or projects. Redistribution or resale is prohibited.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRK CODE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
